Four new farm roads

More than 300 households in Khoma gewog will be benefitted by four new farm roads to their villages  planned for the  10th Five Year Plan. The road which stretches from Khoma to Tshikhang was funded by Japan government.Other roads would be constructed till Khoma, Gangtakhem, Kangkhar and Goenpa. Till now, the people of these villages ply on horse-back and walk for eight hours.  (Thinley Wangmo)

More than 300 households will be benefitted by feeder roads and electrification

A 70-kilometer feeder road from Buli till the gewog centre has almost been completed by half. At present, the road has reached Tsherang which is a common road that has two diversions; one leading towards Bardo gewog and the other leading towards Shingkhar gewog. As of now, two gewogs are benefitted.  Electrification works for Buli is still underway. More than 300 households will be lighted.
